Retail Relay composes bounded searches, calculations, reports, and operation-specific actions. The ways managers ask are open-ended; the source effects stay exact.
“Use this invoice to create an editable purchase order for San Francisco.”
“Set Hayes Valley mug QOH from 24 to 20 for four damaged units, then verify it.”
“What needs my attention across every store this morning?”
“Which products may run out before their next supplier delivery?”
“Show excess stock in Los Angeles and low stock in San Francisco.”
“Which purchase orders are late, and which vendors are least predictable?”
LIVE OPERATION
Live operations without blind automation
Retail Relay resolves the exact accounts, Shops, records, quantities, and expected effects. A trusted person approves the immutable plan before a durable worker writes and reads the result back.
Only the registered purchasing, inventory, reorder, lifecycle, and transfer operations can cross the live boundary; arbitrary HTTP and DELETE remain unavailable.
Server rules decide what is allowed and exact scope is always visible.
Freshness, exclusions, source scope, and calculation details stay attached to the result.
The model gets useful tools—not a blank check to your business.
The operating layer your POS is missing
See stock, demand, inbound orders, and days of cover across independent R-Series accounts without losing the source Shop behind each number.
Compare stores, products, vendors, categories, sales, margin, returns, and inventory turns using reproducible calculations.
Describe the condition. Retail Relay stores the exact scope, threshold, schedule, and evidence behind every alert.
Upload an invoice or email, resolve every SKU, UPC, Vendor part number, quantity, unit, and cost, then approve one editable R-Series purchase order.
Connect one R-Series account or several and keep credentials, sync state, permissions, and source identities isolated.
Know when data was observed, what was included or excluded, how an answer was calculated, and who reviewed it.
Simple on purpose
No feature matrix or automation tier. Start with one account and add the rest for a clear incremental price.
Includes the first R-Series account
One account is $100/month, two are $150, three are $200, and four are $250. The product is designed to earn that price back by removing recurring manager data entry and account switching. Only an owner can connect an account; quantity is derived on the server and reconciled automatically.

Every action is reviewed separately and read back from R-Series.
It can propose matches using strong identifiers such as UPC, manufacturer number, SKU, and vendor part number, but a trusted person reviews the match. Equal names are never treated as proof.
No. Lightspeed remains the source of truth. Retail Relay is the operating layer that resolves work across accounts, executes only approved typed operations, and verifies the source result.
