Yes. Each R-Series account stays independent while Retail Relay gives the business one operating workspace for purchasing, inventory, reporting, alerts, and verified actions.
Can Retail Relay change my inventory today?+
In the attended private test, yes—on an operator-controlled account where an owner enables live operations. Retail Relay supports exact QOH and reorder-setting changes, editable purchase orders and lifecycle steps, and same-account transfer creation and Send. Every action is reviewed separately and read back from R-Series.
How does Retail Relay know two products are the same?+
It can propose matches using strong identifiers such as UPC, manufacturer number, SKU, and vendor part number, but a trusted person reviews the match. Equal names are never treated as proof.
Does Retail Relay replace Lightspeed?+
No. Lightspeed remains the source of truth. Retail Relay is the operating layer that resolves work across accounts, executes only approved typed operations, and verifies the source result.
Is every feature really included in one plan?+
Yes. The first connected R-Series account is $100 per month and each additional account is $50 per month. Operational workflows, reports, alerts, and AI analysis are included.
